We designed ToolKitFree to minimize the data needed to get a task done.

Your files and text

PDFs, images, text, passwords and other tool inputs are processed locally in your browser. They are not uploaded to our servers. Inputs remain in temporary browser memory until you reset the tool, leave the page or close the tab. Downloaded outputs are saved wherever you choose on your device.

Local storage and offline caching

We store your theme preference locally. A service worker caches application code, fonts and processing libraries for offline use. It does not cache your uploaded files, tool inputs or generated results. You can clear these settings and cached assets in your browser’s site-data controls.

Website requests

Your browser must download the application when you visit. The hosting provider may receive standard connection information such as IP address, browser information and requested page URLs. These requests do not contain your selected files or tool inputs. If this preview is privately hosted, the hosting platform may require you to sign in to access the preview.

Analytics and advertising

Analytics are disabled in this version. Advertising is disabled in this version. Any future advertising or analytics integration must be reflected in this policy before it is enabled.
